Pierre’s TechHeads was founded by a disabled United States Air Force veteran with a mission to support military members, veterans, and their families by providing fast, reliable, and transparent technology repair services where they live and work. From the beginning, the company focused on serving the military community and was selected to open locations inside Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) facilities on military bases. These on-base locations provide stationed service members and veterans with a convenient and comfortable place to have their devices repaired without needing to leave the installation.

Built around an in-house repair model, Pierre’s TechHeads performs all technical work on-site rather than outsourcing repairs. This approach allows for faster turnaround times and provides customers with full visibility into the repair process. In addition to serving the military community, the company is committed to building pathways into the technology field by partnering with local universities and offering hands-on experience for aspiring IT professionals.
